Heidi (she/her) has been providing mental health counseling in a private practice setting for more than 25 years. She uses a holistic approach, emphasizing the mind/body connection.
As an interactive therapist, she works with adults who are seeking to free up negative energy, thought patterns, or beliefs that inhibit change or growth. Clients often appreciate her 'tell it like it is' style.
Heidi helps clients actively participate in their counseling process, often using a whiteboard during sessions.
"I help clients create positive change, break unhealthy patterns and move forward with greater confidence, balance and well-being."
